Coming from a business background with a creative eye, Jennifer Stevens is one that you would call a triple threat: precision, quality and care all come into play. Writing, the name of her first love, served as an outlet during her early years, leading her to become a nationally and internationally published poet by the age of 11. Around the same time, she developed an appreciation for another art form: fashion.

Jennifer began her career in fashion media after building a following through her tumblr, working across several prestige fashion publications where she served as an editor and worked on set as a stylist before evolving into roles as an art director and producer.

Seeking to merge her creative background with her business education, Jennifer transitioned into business development. She first served as a Business Development Manager for a SaaS platform, where she became both a top-performing salesperson and a “player-coach,” managing and mentoring teams while building partnerships with some of the most recognizable names in fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

Jennifer later served as Director of Business Development at a creative production agency, where she sourced and launched a subsidiary studio in Manhattan’s Starrett-Lehigh Building. She also held roles as Sales Director of North America for a leading offshore provider and Head of Sales at Industrial Color. Her client work includes brands such as Saint Laurent, SEPHORA, Coach, Revlon and rag & bone, mainly specalizing in AI.

Today, Jennifer's role is she a part of the founding enterprise account sales team at Luma, which is the most powerful creative platform and video generation tool powered by multimodal AI agents that handle end-to-end workflows like video, image, and 3D content creation. Responsible for the infamous Ray 3.2 and Uni-1, clients include Publicis worldwide, adidas and Accenture.

Jennifer is also an Executive Member of THE BOARD, which is a vetted collective of 270+ senior operators, brand builders, growth strategists, creatives and fractional executives with decades of experience at the world's most compelling companies. Members are from: Google, Microsoft, SEPHORA, MAC, H&M, Conde Nast, Amazon, Calvin Klein and more.

Jennifer also writes résumés and bios, just like she wrote this one.
